STAND has been formed out of recognised and valued expertise in Executive Delivery, developed over 25 years working in construction design, development and delivery across all sectors.  

We provide the client with a dedicated and experienced team to deliver their project to a successful completion. Whether they be private / public sector, developer or  contractor.  Our services are uniquely tailored to the development and delivery stages of projects and we work directly for the contractor as part of their team in realising their clients’ projects on time and within budget. 

Working on project values from £1-100m plus and will undertake audits and due diligence reports irrespective of building type or value.  Our non-ego based team’s pride and passion is the delivery of successful projects as part of a combined team effort approach. 

We provide our client base of Main Contractors, Project Managers, Surveyors, Employers, Developers and Architects with; design and tender audits, due diligence reports and audits, design management, technical feasibilities and contractor’s proposals.
